Our Approach

We use strategic therapy to help you figure out 'how you do it' - the underlying drivers and supporting behaviours associated with your smoking/vaping. Then, we use proven hypnotic techniques to help you 'undo it'.

My Story

I have experienced the power of hypnosis and I enjoy passing it along. In my younger days I was an economist, and this helps me to parse the research on the most effective methods. I have qualifications as a Gestalt and Strategic therapist, but my passion is clinical hypnosis. 

I was not a smoker. I have had my share of tricky habits though. I am analytical and intuitive - I can help you gain the insights needed to make a change.
